The San Diego Rock n Roll Marathon is accompanied by a half marathon, 5K and relay race.

Rock n Roll San Diego Marathon Route
The course route runs past a variety of well known San Diego attractions as well as stretches of scenic coastline.

The race starts at 6th Avenue at Quince Street. After passing through Balboa Park and downtown San Diego runners head north, passing Sea World towards to De Anza Cove Park. Runners are then directed south and along Friars Road before crossing the San Diego River at mile 20. The last six miles runs through Balboa Park and south to the finish line at Petco Park at K Street & 13th Street.
