The Panama City Beach Marathon, sometimes called the PCB Marathon, is a popular race, raising funds for local charities. There is also a Panama City Beach Half Marathon and a 5K race.

Panama City Beach Marathon Route
Starting and finishing at Pier Park Drive, in front of the store Paradise Found, runners follow a predominantly flat course, incorporating the award-winning beaches.
